These terms of use (“Terms of Use”) set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the services provided by the Tokyo Bay eSG Project Executive Committee on International Communication , SusHi Tech Tokyo 2024 Global Start up Program Executive Committee(“Committee”).
Persons using this service (“Users”) should carefully read and agree to the following prior to use and participation.

Article 1. Scope of application

1. These Terms of Use are applicable to all relationships between the Users and the Committee concerning the use of this service.

2. The Users of this service are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use by using the service.

1. Preparation and maintenance of computers, software and other equipment, communication lines and other communication environment, etc., necessary for receiving this service shall be at the cost and responsibility of the Users.

2. The Users are to implement security measures, including prevention of computer virus infections, unauthorized access, and information leakage according to their environment for the use of this service, at their cost and responsibility.

3. The Committee will not be involved in any way regarding the Users’ environment for use and shall not be held liable except in case of willful acts or gross negligence by the Committee.

Article 6. Suspension, interruption, termination, etc., of the service

The Committee may suspend, interrupt, or terminate the use of all or part of this service without prior notice to the Users.

Article 7. Consent to confirmation of the usage tracking

The Committee will save, confirm, or use tracking data of the Users’ use of this service to the extent necessary for modification, improvement, and securing the smooth provision of this service and prevention or counteracting against misconduct or prohibited acts, etc.

We do not guarantee the completeness and accuracy of the information posted on our sites and apps. The posted information may be changed without notice. We are not responsible for any losses directly or indirectly caused by using the information or contents contained in our sites and apps

Article 9. Changes to the terms of use

1. The Committee may modify the contents of this service at its discretion.

2. The Committee may make changes to these terms of use. When making changes to these terms of use, the Committee shall notify such changes by the time it becomes effective. If the Users use this service or the video and voice synthesized data created with this service after the changes become effective, such Users are deemed to have agreed to the changes to the terms of use.

Article 10. Effectiveness of the terms of use

Even if any provision or part thereof is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable laws and regulations, the remaining provisions of these terms of use and the remaining part of the provision deemed to be invalid or unenforceable shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 11. Governing law and jurisdiction
