Privacy policy

Our sites and apps collect information from users to the extent necessary for the smooth operation of the services provided (providing information on the website and app, receipt of various opinions, etc.).

Personal information provided to the Tokyo Bay eSG Project Executive Committee for International Communication , SusHi Tech Tokyo 2024 Global Start up Program Executive Committee(“Committee”) through our sites and apps include names, birth dates, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, company information (for business mode only), company name (for business mode only), department (for business mode only), title (for business mode only), nationality, and credit card information.

When the Committee collects personal information through our sites and apps, in principle, the information is provided (registered) by the user.

Restrictions on the use of personal information

Personal information provided (registered) by users will be used within the scope of the purpose of collection specified in advance. The Committee will never use personal information beyond the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use except when required by law.
However, statistically processed information such as user attributes may be published only if it does not contain any personal information.

Management of personal information

The Committee will strictly manage the collected personal information and take appropriate measures to prevent leakage, misappropriation, falsification, etc. The operation of this website and app may be outsourced, and appropriate measures will be taken by the subcontractor as well.

Disclosure to the subcontractor

The handling of all or part of the personal information obtained by the Committee and the secretariat within the scope necessary to achieve the stated purpose may be outsourced to a third party. In such a case, the Committee will select a subcontractor deemed to handle personal information appropriately, make necessary arrangements in contracts, etc., on matters concerning appropriate management and confidentiality of customers’ personal information to prevent leakage and enforce appropriate management.

User Information collected is limited to content aimed at improving the usability of our sites and apps, and is used only within this scope.

Use in advertising
